It shows soldiers coming out of a Chinook during operation iraqi freedoms... The red stuff i added my self These ARE us rangers, the chopper is an Australian Chinook but the dude that's zoomed in , i really dunno... apparently Australia does not provide rifles to its troops the knife!!
