Tha_Rainman Posted April 29, 2003 Author Report Share Posted April 29, 2003 Thats not part of the background. Its a docking program called Mobydock DX. Its supposed to mimick the dock in Mac OS X. So when you move your mouse over it the icons in that part expand. You can get this nifty utility [url="http://www.mobydock.tk/"]here[/url].
