This means that those with enough time can create a whole new epic Fallout game.This editor is what the team used to create Fallout2, this means that you can only use what existen in fallout2 in terms of items and weapons and such but it means that you can create whatever you want with it.If anyone is feeling like they have lots of time on their hands you can download it with its documentation here: http://fallout.blackisle.com/ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
